Where the tracking link comes from
Tracking is emailed and texted as soon as the courier scans your parcel. Dispatch happens in 1-2 business days from the order, and the link usually goes live a few hours after the pickup scan.
How long tracking should take to move
After that first scan the parcel is with Delhivery / XpressBees for 3-8 business days. Metro addresses land at the short end and small towns at the long end. Two quiet working days is usually a hub transfer rather than a lost parcel.
If tracking has stalled
Send the order number to [email protected] and we raise it with the hub the same working day. Please do not reorder the same set — a genuinely lost parcel is replaced at our cost.
At delivery
Soft parcels pick up scuffs and the occasional split seam in transit, so film the opening. A tear, a stain, the wrong size or a short set count is covered if the video reaches us within 48 hours of delivery.
