Where the parcel ships from
Every order is folded, bagged and dispatched by us from Jaipur. Bedding is vacuum-compressed only where the fill allows it; sateen and bamboo sets are folded rather than compressed, because a hard compression crease in a sateen weave does not shake out.
Handling time
Orders are picked, checked against the set count — flat, fitted and the right number of pillowcases — and dispatched in 1-2 business days, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST move to the next working day.
Delivery across India
Once handed over, the courier takes 3-5 business days to metro addresses and 5-8 business days to the rest of India. Counting handling, the usual estimate is 4-10 business days from the order.
We ship with Delhivery / XpressBees. Remote PIN codes and hill routes sit at the long end of those ranges; nothing about bedding needs special handling, so delays are ordinary courier delays rather than anything to do with the parcel.
Shipping charges
Free shipping from ₹1,999 upwards. Below that a flat ₹69 applies whatever the parcel weighs, shown in the cart before you pay. No packing charge is added afterwards.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available alongside UPI. A few distant PIN codes sit outside our couriers’ COD network and some high-value orders are prepaid-only; the checkout tells you at the time. No COD convenience fee is charged.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed and texted on the first courier scan. If nothing moves for two working days, send the order number to [email protected] and we will chase the hub. Soft parcels are often left with a neighbour or a building desk, so it is worth checking there first.
